Overview

Naran is a medium-sized town situated in the upper Kaghan valley in KPK province of Pakistan at an elevation of 2500 m. Surrounded by green lush mountains, the landscape is elevated with grassy knolls and jagged waterfalls with dense forest clinging to the top of the roof, and if truly ablaze trout here is truly a treat between the months of late summer and winter. The neon blue ribbon of river Kunhar meanders its way through the valleys and the splattering sound of the fast-flowing river makes you quiver. Naran is the place for outdoor leisure that attracts tourists from all around for fishing Trout and Mahathir. The bazaar is generally crowded with people and has a view of the mall road like that of Murree at night. Naran is a one-day Jeep Ride Trekking to the astounding Ansoo Lake. The temperature at Naran remains hot during the summertime and frequent snowfalls, during the winters keep the valley covered with snow giving away a spectacular view

Shogran is a hill station situated on a green plateau in the Kaghan Valley, northern Pakistan at a height of 7,749 feet or 2,362 meters above sea level. Shogran is a picturesque hill station with a surrounding view of Makra Peak and Musa Ka Mussala. In winters it receives an average snowfall of 3-4 feet. Provided with all modern life amenities and luxury hotels this place is the favorite tourist spot in summers and winters alike.
